Tom Miller
Tom Miller works with executives inside some of the world’s leading organizations. He serves as a trusted advisor to CEO’s and their teams supporting them on major strategic initiatives, change management efforts, and building strong cultures with deep execution capabilities.
From 2009 to 2010 Tom served as interim CEO of Blu Skye. In that capacity, he helped grow the business and guided sustainability strategy engagements with top executives at Conservation International, Microsoft, S.C. Johnson, Sony, Staples, Walmart, and Waste Management.
Prior to that, Tom was a Founder and Managing Partner of The Trium Group, a leadership and strategy consulting firm which he co-launched and helped grow into a multi-office business over a 10 year period. His client work there spanned various industries and continents and focused on: vision and strategy development, organization design, governance, and building high performing organizations. His clients included: AXA, Barclays Global Investors, Cisco, Gap Inc., Genentech, Nokia, and Rabobank.
Tom has lived and worked for extended periods in San Francisco, New York, London, Paris, Florence, and Frankfurt. Before co-founding Trium in 1998, Tom was a Principal with A.T. Kearney, where he joined with a recently acquired McKinsey team to establish and grow the firm's Financial Institutions practice into the leading FI practice in the region.
Since 2011, Tom has been working independently as Senior Advisor to Hogan Lovells, Kaiser Permanente, the Board and Executive team of the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, BlackRock, and PwC. He also works as an artist out of his studio in Sausalito, California.
