Mary Noel
Mary Noel sees regeneration as fundamentally human work, aligning people, priorities, and practical action to move complex systems forward. As a Senior Consultant at Blu Skye, she supports organizations navigate diverse perspectives to build alignment, surface meaningful insights, and translate complexity into strategic action.
Mary has facilitated multi-stakeholder workshops for coalitions, led strategy development for Fortune 500 corporations and Family Offices, and guided research and analytics. She is particularly energized by embedding regeneration into everyday decisions.
Before Blu Skye, Mary worked at the National Drought Mitigation Center (NDMC), where she linked drought severity to state-level impacts. Mary holds an M.S. in Natural Resource Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a B.S. in Earth Science with concentrations in Sustainable Environments and Soil Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Outside the office, Mary is a competitive marathoner, tends her garden, and explores California trails with her husband and dog.
