Joe Rinkevich
For over 25 years, Joe has been at the forefront of sustainability strategy, implementation, and innovation for both his client companies and businesses he’s launched. Beginning in 1996 and for nearly a decade, Joe helped launch early sustainability advisory and implementation services at MBDC, the consulting organization that developed the Cradle-to-Cradle design concept. In the mid-2000s, Joe was part of the team at Blu Skye that supported Walmart in its development and implementation of its sustainability strategy.
Building on this experience, in 2008, Joe founded Scivera, a software and services business. Scivera changed the way companies evaluate product and process chemicals by delivering understandable and affordable toxicology insights to decision makers. In 2021, Scivera was acquired by Enhesa, a Belgium-based compliance software and content company. Joe currently works as part of the team at Enhesa, as Global Head of Stakeholder Engagement. Joe lives in Charlottesville, Virginia, with his family.
