When Jib Ellison founded Blu Skye in 2003, sustainability was uncharted territory to the 21st century corporate executive. He wanted to change mindsets, all while shifting the consulting paradigm. For nearly two decades, Jib has done just that — leading clients along the sustainability pathway and toward a new wave of regeneration.

Outside the Office — Jib enjoys serving on the Board of Tompkins Conservation, the Advisory Board for Corporate Eco Forum, exploring wild rivers, and riding his bike through Dry Creek Valley.
